Handling Money and investments

Managing the Assets is very difficult. Today we earn a lot in terms of dollars, Pounds and other currencies that converts to big Rupee amounts.We often keep this either in savings. checkings account. The banks pay interest rate of 8.75% per annum that is the best either we can place this money in fixed deposits or Recurring deposits.If we think of investing money in buying a  flat/apartment which has become  a common trend now-a -days please note this would be idle investment because you are not staying in that apartment you are living in different county either you have to rent or lease but still then you have to pay the maintenance charge for the apartment. Also you should be prepared to keep it empty if you are not able to find a tenant. If you ever plan to sell the apartment you brought the value you get back would be 40-50% lower than what you brought for plus the broker and advertising charges think about it how much of a lose it is.Let's say we buy a new land in India with the money we earn abroad , do we know if we do not build a house and occupy and keep it under our vigilance , some person can build a house in our land and if he starts to live for a long time and when we return its not our property its his since he is the one who is living there for a long time ha. Now what would be the best way to invest or keep money to my understanding keep it in your account, invest in stocks and shares or even in mutual fund take your family on vacations and be happy.

Market research Surveys

Market research surveys are common these days. I receive minimum of 10 emails a day asking me to take a market research survey.It is also lucrative it tells me if I am able to complete the survey I would get a gift voucher, check and other benefits. But be careful some are spams.Literally just by clicking the link your computer gets infected with viruses that would capture your personal data and you can be in loss and might even be a victim of identity theft.But what exactly are these surveys, why would they pay us, we blindly give answers to some questions just to complete and get the voucher. Many big companies and corporates wants to know the trend how people think and what their needs are so that they can develop products and services as per their needs and make the business grow. So they would outsource these kind of surveys to Market research companies and the gift voucher is sponsored by the business/corporate. 

The Market research companies cannot actually go and interview the people or it might be too expensive for them to do it so they choose the way of sending emails to people and attracting them by offering gift vouchers just to give some opinions.This is awesome I take them everyday in my free time.

Sales tips

It has become a trend today even if we have a retail store people are more and more attracted towards buying online. As the trends grows many many retail shopkeepers also would want to sell their stuffs online.You can either create a website for your own and add the products that you sell and enable the entire site to sell and collect the money that would of course cost more to build entire website of your own particularly if you have less items to offer. The more beneficial ways are listing your products on amazon, ebay and other renowned sites, now how would that work: You create a listing of your item, post the pictures,and description expected price and method of payment. Amazon, ebay doesn't charge you to list the product but if there is indeed a sale then they would charge you a percent of the sale which would typically be 3-5% that's not bad you are selling a product and you have millions of audience looking at your product for free. Amazon has an algorithm called keyword search if you have the right keywords that can suit their algorithm then your listing appears first even though n number of users have listed the same product. There is something also called adword search in google but you have to ,pay for that in order for your listing to appear first. You can also improve your sales by advertising in facebook and other forums.

Rapes in India

Rapes in India today has become a national concern. Is it just its a new thing ?no this existed from a long time back in a male dominant society like us, many women kept their mouth shut because of the mistreatment they would get from society, some might wouldn't even have known that it is rape. Its at least good that today women have chosen and taken the courage to raise their voice and the society have also become little generous towards those women who were/are the victims of such violent crimes. The society sympathies and have raised their voices to curb these kind of violent crimes.But still Marital rapes are a topic that is still being unvisited. Most married women do not know there is actually something called "Marital Rape". Law clearly defines if there is no consent from either one of the parties involved in a sexual act then it is called rape even though you are married to  that person the whole of your life. The husband/ wife do not get the right over you . As  a married woman/man its not your primary obligation to fulfill the sexual needs of your husband/wife  you have the right to say no.
As long as we know our rights nobody would be able to take advantage of us.People keep exploiting as long as we are ignorant. But to what extent in India anything would be enforceable is a big question and concern.

Love Vs Money

When it comes down to choosing between love and money in life. Some people mistake love with buying expensive gifts, giving property and many other materialistic things. If your partner thinks you only love them when you are able to afford these big and expensive gifts then there is no love between you and them,it would be a time for you to move on in life.The terms " Love" and "Money" both have its own meanings and values in life. "Money " of course is a very important part in life. Money controls your lifestyle and standard of living. There is an another interesting word  called "Satisfaction"  when you reach that saturation point you do not desire for more more more and more then money would be secondary to love.That doesn't mean you have to be a spendthrift or waste money. Love rules universally. But people say "when hunger comes from the door, love goes out of window", the ideal talk of we can stay hunger if we are together is out of sight these days. If you can take me to Mac Donalds for dinner today then we are together else I am going out with another colleague its as simple as that. Get it.
Life should be a balance of both some love some money makes man perfect healthy wealthy and wise.

Mother's day

This mother's day May 10,2015 I made my Mom surprised and happy.I decided to give her a surprise. For the most beautiful princess and angel in my life. She always cooks for me this mother's day I decided to cook for her I tried my level best to impress her. I cooked a nice hot vegetable pizza from the dough to the garnishing with the veggies and preheating in oven I did everything of course I used the internet to follow the steps. It was a decent pizza at the end. I brought her a princess crown, wrote a nice message saying "she's the World's Best Mom", brought some balloons that said " Happy Mother's day" and candle light dinner arrangement. It was awesome.I also brought her a big flat 32" screen tv which she was asking for from a long time. She was very surprised and shred tears of happiness. I wish we could have many days for mothers in a year. I would keep giving her surprises.

Love

Love:what is it?I sit just a four letter word? or is it more than that.Whenever we ask people as to define their understanding of the word love they will  become speechless and start thinking because they do not get words to define love. Let me try to define love in my own definition and understanding. My definition of love is a feeling where you tend to get attracted to somebody or something, you crave to speak to that person, you crave to be with the person, you would want the same acknowledgement from them. You start thinking about them all the while, basically you start living for them. The word "You" would no longer exist it should be "We". You start thinking "What does she like, what does she wants, how to please her". Its all about that significant one whom we love. Isn't it nice if we get the same acknowledgment from the other, definitely it is. It should sustain for long time as well irrespective of how broken you are or how rich you are.. Long lasting,selfless and unconditional love.
