My favorite city
My favorite city in India is my own home town Kolkata, India, Mysore
is a popular city in West Bengal, West India known for its heritage and
culture. Design, drive and connect in Kolkata:
The roads in
Kolkata is very smooth to drive; as compared to other cities all over India the
traffic is very less smooth and can reach the destinations in the shortest time
Yes I literally mean whatever estimate time Google Map shows less traffic jams,
pure air, less geographical area. To put it together a very neat city.
Design of Kolkata:
The city currently utilizes public transport as the main source for transport. Metro,
trams and buses. Due to immense and abundant public transportation there is a
very big lack of privately owned vehicles. Since there is a lack of privately
owned vehicles driving the new Tata cars/ new brand model cars in the beautiful
roads of Kolkata must be exciting. The smoother and traffic less the roads are
the more fun it is to ride more over we can connect ourselves to the public.
Kolkata has a rich
culture where Durga pooja is celebrated with high spirits. People from all over
the world visit and connect them to the spiritual sense of Kolkata during that period.
The roads speak the language of feast.
Kolkata is also
known as land of bridges. It is located on the Hooghly River. One of the
renowned bridges is Howrah Bridge; Howrah Bridge connects Kolkata over Hooghly River.
It is a mind boggling experience to travel over this bridge encompassing and
enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Hooghly River. The astonishing fact is
the Howrah Bridge carries a daily traffic of 100,000 vehicles and more than
150,000 pedestrians making it one of the busiest and amazing bridges in the
whole world.
Connect: People in
Kolkata are very friendly. No social media can replace the bonding between the
people of this region. People maintain a social connection among each other. They
physically meet each other quite frequently and they exchange each other’s
feeling, each others sorrows and joys they meet for the frequent festivals and
celebrations. Connection between the people is same as the connection between
the roads of the city neat and simple.
Drive in Kolkata: Driving in Kolkata is easy as there isn’t much
traffic and the rides will be smooth. Due to increase in public transportation

Peanut Butter Chocolate
Chocolates are my all time favorites !! Now whatever the occasion is we all love chocolates, I decided to try and make some chocolates :D I had a slab of chocolate compound at home, and this made is so much easier to make chocolates. It is almost very very easy.
What you need:

Cook it up:
1. Roughly cut the cooking chocolate into big chunks and transfer it to a microwaveable glass bowl. Break a small piece of the chocolate and check the amount of sugar free naatura. If it is already sweet, you may not need to add any extra sugar.
2. If needed you can roast the almonds and raisins. I used them just like that for the first batch and used them roasted for the second batch. I could not make a lot of difference in the chocolates though. Roughly chop the almonds into 2-3 pieces each. You can add them whole if you desire.
2. Place the bowl in the microwave, and microwave on high for 30 seconds. Check if the chocolate has started melting by pressing with a spoon. Repeat and check every 30 seconds. If you overdo it, the chocolate will get a burnt smell and taste, and will not taste as good. Once melted properly, you should be able to easily run a spoon around the chocolate.
3. If necessary add sugar to the melted chocolate. If the chocolate is bitter, you can choose to add more powdered sugar, or powdered brown sugar. Stir well to make sure sugar is mixed well. The compound I used was already a little sweetened, so I added just about half a tsp of sugar free natura, and I don't think it made much difference. Next, Add the peanut butter.
4. Once the peanut butter is added to the hot melted chocolate, stir and mix vigorously. The peanut butter will soften and mix well due to the hot chocolate. Add a tsp of vanilla essence while mixing. Once mixed, microwave for ten seconds and stir again, to make sure it is all mixed well.
5. Take a chocolate mould and clean it well with a tissue paper. It should be dry and clean. I used a silicone mould that makes 15 chocolates. With a silicone mould it is very easy to pop out the chocolates.
6. Place 2 raisins and a piece of almond in each pit of the mould. With a small teaspoon, transfer the chocolate mixture to the pits and make sure the chocolate doesn't overflow too much out of the pit of the mould.
7. Once done, try to clean the space between the pits. Place the mould in the freezer for 15-20 minutes and your chocolates should be done. Just invert the mould on a tray and press on each mould pit to pop out the chocolates. Can be stored in a refrigerator and served for 1-2 weeks, if they last that long.

Internet speed thrills
When I was in my 10th grade it was the first time
started using internet. I created an email account and my entire family was
joyful. I was very excited to browse the internet. The main purpose of me
creating the email was to talk to my brother who was studying his Masters in
United States of America .Google voice chat was the most popular medium to
connect and have video chat see the lifestyle and experience the closeness of
the family. But that appeared to be very sluggish experience due to
interruptions all the time during the video chat due to low bandwidth streaming
problems either the video goes out or the speech. The difference between the
internet speeds was quite visible. Unfortunately we had to just limit the chat
sessions to text sometimes. Gone are those days of internet giving problems and
taking a long time to load pages up. We moved from 2nd generation of
internet speeds, then to 3rd and today we are in 4th
generation of internet speeds where everything is lightning fast. With the 4th
generation of internet speed today I can load pages as quickly as possible on
my mobile application even if the page has flash enabled/animated content in
it. I would like to stream the High definition movies right at my fingertips in seconds without having to wait for the suspense part of thriller movie to buffer, wow. I would like to have an uninterrupted Google Hangouts/Skype
chats and Whatsapp chats with video and audio. I would like to compete with
my friends on an internet online games that we can play online at the same time
without any interruptions/without having the lack of physical presence of
friends. I would also love to stream online cricket matches on my phone while I
am at work and see the live updates without missing any part of this
interesting game.
It is very much important to be able to have the 4G
lightning fast speeds at the fingertips these days as most of the mobile
applications like Google map, shopping websites, Talking Tom, nursery rhymes, Youtube,
Facebook, Whatsapp, Gtalk, Skype, office, blackberry messenger all requires the
internet speed to be 4th generation. Missing an important route on the map due to low speed
internet would lead us nowhere. Today my son spends most of his times looking
at the Nursery rhymes which requires a high speed internet. His kiddy games
require the speed. Intelligent learning/e-learning websites that has automated
content for easy learning for toddlers and preschoolers require the internet to
be very fast. I would also like to blog, update my kitchen blogs and
websites fast. Last but not the least I would like to see the results of
board examinations and pre-university and degree within seconds on my mobile
with the 4G speed is it not great, yes it is.
Basically whoever wants to advance rapidly with this fast moving technology world and stay in touch with the technology should have the 4G speed in their hands to keep up-to-date of world affairs.

Dieting
From long ago it is a known fact that "health is
wealth". It is very important for a person to maintain his/her health in a
very good condition. Habitual of a person determines the health of the person. A
person's diet is very important factor while considering keeping it up with
good healthy condition of the body.
The external conditions like seasons
around the year influences the type of food that we should have in such seasons
to maintain the health. In winter we do tend to eat more as the stomach asks
for more to sustain the cold weather. We can get hungrier in winter and our
belly demands for more than usual.
In summer we hardly feel that hungry, the
season mitigates the hunger in us but demands for consumption of more and more
liquids and cool products as we go along to keep up with daily routines.

Cricket the passion
When I was young I always thought cricket is the national
game of India. I saw my friends and everyone else treating cricket as the game
of their life. Cricket is certainly such a game that would get anybody addicted
to it. From Gully cricket to national level game each and every match is
interesting and is very interesting to watch ball by ball.
Cricket is played by 2 teams 12 players
and 2 extra men on each side. Each of the players either specializes in
batting, bowling, wicket keeping or one can be all rounder. Watching cricket
with friends and family itself constitutes a outing or spending classy time
with the family.
World cups and matches versus
Australia/Pakistan double the excitement in us. I still remember an incident
when it was the main tenth board exam and it was the world cup semi final match
between India and Pakistan my parents were reciting study, study. I went to my
room and started the computer, started the browser and started to download the
broadcast and skipped my night out study and convinced my parents that I did
study and prepare for the exam on the computer and did not watch the
match.
In today's world technology has advanced
so much that impossible is not the word to be used at all. We need not have to
come home skipping the work/miss a date/cancel appointments/avoid a guest/skip
studies there are options to download and watch when we are free/record the
entire match on the Digital video recorder and come home after all the jobs are
done and watch the entire match without interruptions.
There are apps that provide live updates
as the match goes so that we can be in a meeting and just glance the mobile
once and keep ourselves connected to the match throughout the meeting without
even letting the other person know that we are more interested in the match
than their meeting.
We can also portray that we are trying to
search for the best gift on the internet for the date we are sitting with while
the app running in the background keep forecasting the information from the
point where we left about the ins and outs of the match we are watching.
It is especially important for me not to
miss the batting of Sachin /Dhoni who are my favorites.
Streaming speed and quality of the video
is extremely important while watching the matches that we connect with. One has

extremely fast and feasible. Watching the match becomes the passion of
people while it is the final match they can fight with their family who would

Buddy Parenting
It is very exciting to see a child grow.A child is a dream of parents and as parents we do see a lot of dreams and have a lot of goals that we think child should achieve.A child who do not know anything starts to learn as we start to teach the child.It is important that a child be taught discipline in an attempt in inculcate discipline in a child' s life we become strict and authoritative due to which the child will not be able to speak with us openly and expose the secrets/mistakes.
While buddy parenting can foster the bonding between the child and parent to a greater extent.Being a first time parent it was hard for me but I had a lot of dreams to see my son grow and wanted to grow along with him.Today's education system is very different than our time.My son brings his homework where he has to do the project which would justify the theory of a topic.It is very interesting to know how he understands the topic, tries to collect the materials needed for the project and how he assembles together the materials and forms the base to observe a fact.By this it gets very easy to lean a fact when we actually see the fact happening.Although it looks simple it is a very different concept unlike what we did in our young age byhearting the facts and reproducing it in exams.
Whatsapp is an mobile phone application that lets us connect to people in other people in different countries for free, we can chat,have video conferencing and talk like as though we are talking through our phones but we won't get charged for the call.My son taught me how to use this app as he was talking to his cousins in foreign countries.The way he taught is also interesting he tried to push me do it by myself ,ask him if I have doubts unlike spoon feeding that we as parents tend to do; he made me understand that every time he will not be around to correct me I have to be fearless and try and learn from my mistakes for the next time and become self reliable,

Mother's day
This mother's day May 10,2015 I made my Mom surprised and happy.I decided to give her a surprise. For the most beautiful princess and angel in my life. She always cooks for me this mother's day I decided to cook for her I tried my level best to impress her. I cooked a nice hot vegetable pizza from the dough to the garnishing with the veggies and preheating in oven I did everything of course I used the internet to follow the steps. It was a decent pizza at the end. I brought her a princess crown, wrote a nice message saying "she's the World's Best Mom", brought some balloons that said " Happy Mother's day" and candle light dinner arrangement. It was awesome.I also brought her a big flat 32" screen tv which she was asking for from a long time. She was very surprised and shred tears of happiness. I wish we could have many days for mothers in a year. I would keep giving her surprises.

Love:what is it?I sit just a four letter word? or is it more than that.Whenever we ask people as to define their understanding of the word love they will become speechless and start thinking because they do not get words to define love. Let me try to define love in my own definition and understanding. My definition of love is a feeling where you tend to get attracted to somebody or something, you crave to speak to that person, you crave to be with the person, you would want the same acknowledgement from them. You start thinking about them all the while, basically you start living for them. The word "You" would no longer exist it should be "We". You start thinking "What does she like, what does she wants, how to please her". Its all about that significant one whom we love. Isn't it nice if we get the same acknowledgment from the other, definitely it is. It should sustain for long time as well irrespective of how broken you are or how rich you are.. Long lasting,selfless and unconditional love.
what do you want to become
When I was a young in the school everyone used to ask me what do you want to become? what do you want to become? I always used to say I want to become a Justice like my dad . My dad was my hero; our family was into the field of law.I was really feeling proud to say that and would feel happy when everybody used to acknowledge my dream saying he will be like his father definitely. As I grow older my parents were very clear that I am not entering their field and spoiling my bright future. You have to study engineering and have to become a software engineer and go abroad.Why is that? I had no choice but to agree to whatever my parents said. Is it just because we cannot earn money till 18 or is it because are not being grown up in such a way that we can speak against our parents. Isn't my choice as to what I want to become?definitely it should be.Once you choose to adapt the career you do not wish will you be able to succeed , no definitely not. Your inclination will be towards our dream always. Even though today I have software degree and I am one amongst millions software engineer I always think law, apply law in everything and anything I do. I think I could be a great scholar in law outstanding personality rather than being one in millions of software engineer. Why do our parents put the pressure on us to fulfill their dreams for us not our dreams for us?!!!

When a couple with children less than 18 head to courts to obtain the custody of the children what are the things that they need to know. How the courts look at this situations? Obviously it is very hard situation for both the parties as well as the child who has to see its parents walking separate. The courts are supposed to make decisions that is almost always child centric or "Best interests" of child. The "Best interests " include the nature and kind of the home environment, stable earning,who has been the primary custodian before the litigation was brought, any signs of violence in the family on either parent by the other parent, fitness of a parent like is the parent under drug abuse or alcohol, signs of abuse on the child and many other factors as provided by family relations law. But the parents now-a-days are becoming more and more educative and less mean towards their exes that they would co-parent the child with other parent for the good of their children. The father without bitterness wither comes to exes house spends some time with the child and vice versa. The new significant others of the exes doesn't seem to have any problems with that.Of course this doesn't happen in the under developed village but the urban cities it is emerging these days so as to maintain the meaningful relation between the biological parents and the children.
Marital Relationships
There was a time in India when the family courts were mostly empty all the year round. But today the family courts are the most occupied whole year why would that be? what changed from to now ? Is it the people ? or is it the people's attitude towards life?Why are the family or marital relations so weak today? Today everybody are on fast paced, running life. They get married , the girl has her own ego as well as the guy. They are married to compromise with each others life and adapt themselves to each but the blooming software, call centre industry makes it very difficult for the two people involved in the relationship to spend time with each other or to understand each other. Every body is busy in their own lives. The words " Sacrifice" , "compromise" ,"selfless unconditional love" has become scarce. There comes a point where either of the partner or both think they deserve something more beautiful in their lives, they are not ready to save the relationship they have currently may be because of their egos or because of the fact that they are just done and move on ; it just becomes so easy for one to do that. The very next step is move to family court to get divorced. Girls are presumed to be the ones who should be compromising, sacrificing and attempting to save the relationships. But why this double strandedness. When we are living the male dominant society why can't a man be expected to do all the compromises, sacrifices after all you are the one who is dominant. One assumption shouldn't change though "whoever wins in the court will be a loser; whoever lost will be deadbeat".
